Strain Overview
SKS is the closest thing to an old-school Roadkill Skunk profile I’ve been able to preserve and stabilize. This clone is not advertised as original RKS — but the nose, stretch, and high put it in the same lane. It hits with a layered skunk funk that is instantly recognizable: sour musk, burnt-rubber bite, fermented citrus, and the unmistakable “bag-open” blast people associate with true vintage Skunk.
Structure is tall and sativa-leaning with long, flexible branches that fill a trellis and stack dense buds from mid-stem to tip. Trichome coverage is heavy and greasy, giving the buds a wet sheen when finished. The smoke is old-school and long-lasting — energetic, talkative, euphoric on the front end with a creeping body wave that settles in and hangs for hours.
This is not a modern dessert terp. It’s a loud, skunky, punch-you-in-the-face cut built for people who miss what Skunk actually smelled like.
