Seed Canary is an online cannabis seed & clone marketplace, allowing breeders & growers to buy and sell cannabis genetics.

Is Buying From A Vendor on Seed Canary Safe?

Absolutely, unlike many other platforms we take pride in being the #1 safest marketplace to buy and sell cannabis seeds & clones. We collect information from each vendor to ensure they are a legitimate business. We also collect the payment once a customer makes a purchase, and pay the vendor once the order has been fulfilled. If the order is not fulfilled, the vendor will NOT be paid and therefore we can refund the customer if anything were to happen. This allows us to keep the marketplace as safe and problem free as possible.

How Long Will Shipping Be?

We encourage Vendors to ship out orders 1-3 days after the order has been received. However, we cannot guarantee when your order may arrive due to the fact that Seed Canary itself isn’t in possession of the order. If you have waited longer than 3 days, please contact us and we will gladly help. 

Is Worldwide Shipping Available?

Vendors who sell on Seed Canary Marketplace have the ability to set their own shipping preferences to allow orders to only be received based off the customers location, meaning not every vendors will ship internationally. Although many of our vendors will accept orders from around the world, we still ask you to check your local laws before ordering – laws differ from country to country, and from state to state. By ordering from our site, you are confirming that you are OK to do so. If you are unable to place an order at checkout because of your location, it never hurts to message the vendor or contact seed canary directly to ask if it is possible.

I Never Received My Tracking Number

If you haven’t received your tracking number, please contact the vendor which you had ordered from.

Can I Change my Shipping Address After I Placed my Order?

All orders received by Seed Canary vendors are typically processed within 1 – 3 Business days. If you realize that you provided us with inaccurate shipping information, please contact us immediately and state your order number – we will do our best to accommodate your request to change the shipping address. However, once the vendor has shipped your order, it will no longer be possible for us to modify it.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the vendor and an order’s destination. Shipping fee’s will be displayed at checkout before placing an order.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We can accept any credit/debit card payment for sales on products such as Cannabis seeds & clones. Credit/Debit card payments are processed using MESH. Some vendors may also accept PayPal as a payment option during checkout.

Do You Accept Bitcoin?

At this time we do not accept Bitcoin due to the fact we are unable to payout vendors using that form of currency.

What Will Show up on my Card Statement?

Your card/bank statement will include only the name of the payment system responsible for the processing of the payment. No information about our store, including its name, will appear on the statement.

Where is Your Payment Provider Located?

Our payment provider (MESH) is located in The United States.

What Should I do in Case of a Failed Card Payment?

Are There Any Credit/Debit Card Processing Fee's?

When ordering from Seed Canary, there will be a 6.9% credit/debit card processing fee applied during checkout. This fee will be displayed under the orders subtotal before you proceed to pay. There are absolutely no hidden fees when buying Cannabis seeds or clones from Seed Canary.

How Can I Get A Refund?

If you have a concern with your order, Please contact Seed Canary OR the Vendor you purchased from regarding the issue. Seed Canary LLC is NOT responsible for Refunds or Returns on orders processed by vendors.

If my order has been shipped, can i still recieve a refund?

Refunds & returns are handled by the vendor and are given under their discression. If you are having an issue with your order and would like to recieve a refund, please contact seed canary for further assistance.

Will I get free seeds with my order?

Although it is up to the vendor to include freebies, many Seed Canary vendors do include free seeds in their orders. If freebies are not directly displayed on the products page, you can submit an inquiry to the vendor & ask if they include freebies.

Who can see my personal details?

The safety of your personal information is of the highest importance to us. That’s why our website is securely hosted and your information is never given out to any third parties.

When you place an order with us, we collect and process some personal information so that vendors can fulfil your order. Vendors who register to sell on Seed Canary Marketplace will only receive the following personal information:

  • Email address (To contact you regarding your order)
  • Phone Number (Optional at checkout)
  • Shipping address (To ship Your Order)

This information is ONLY given to our vendors for the purpose of fulfilling your order(s) and is unlawful for them to use otherwise.

Does Seed Canary have a minimum purchase requirement?

No, there’s no minimum limit on orders. However, some vendors may allow you to be eligible for free shipping if your order costs over a certain amount.
