Returns / Exchanges

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges due to our high standards. Once items have left our office, we simply cannot re-sell them. Therefore, we do not offer returns for any reason. However, in certain situations, we can offer site credit or a possible refund. Refunds

While we do strive to offer 100% satisfaction we do not offer refunds for most Seed Canary Fulfilled orders, and we can not accept returns / Exchanges. Due to our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, we would not re-sell any item that had previously left our office as we cannot verify the products authenticity once it leaves our hands.
If you placed or received an order and changed your mind we will not refund or exchange it. If there is an error on your order we will try to work with you, but we send orders out very quickly and we can’t always catch them before they go out for delivery.

Order Arrived Damaged

If your Seed Canary Fulfilled order arrives damaged, please contact us right away by email informing us of your damaged order and we will be more than happy to help with your situation.

• Clone Orders

If your Clones are Dead on Arrival, we may send replacements if proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery. Although We will replace dead / severely damaged clones, we cannot issue any refunds after your order has been placed. 

• Cannabis Seed / Spore Syringe Orders

If your order of Cannabis Seeds OR Spore Syringes arrives damaged, we may send replacements of the items purchased/damaged if proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

What is RSO?

RSO, short for Rick Simpson Oil, is a full-spectrum cannabis extract known for its thick, dark consistency and high cannabinoid concentration. It became widely recognized through Rick Simpson and is commonly used by consumers looking for a potent cannabis oil.

What is FECO?

FECO stands for Full Extract Cannabis Oil and is also a full-spectrum concentrate, but is commonly produced using food-grade ethanol extraction methods. FECO is often preferred for products intended for oral use, edibles, and precise dosing applications.

THCA RSO/FECO is essentially the same type of full-spectrum cannabis extract as traditional RSO or FECO, with one key difference: the decarboxylation step is skipped or minimized during processing.

This means the oil retains more of its cannabinoids in their natural acidic form, primarily THCA, rather than converting them fully into THC during production.

When gently warmed in Your Hand OR Under Hot Water (180°F – 200°F) THCA converts into THC, making the end result functionally the same to traditional RSO/FECO in terms of cannabinoid activation and THC Percentage AFTER The THCA RSO/FECO Has been heated and converted to THC RSO/FECO.

Traditional RSO/FECO = already activated
THCA RSO/FECO = same full-spectrum oil, just activation-ready
