The state of Virginia had been a bit behind most of the other states inside the U.S with legalizing marijuana. However this had began to change and is now legalized in the state since 2021. Virginia Residents  can legally purchase the strains they need at Seed Canary. We sell our seeds as adult novelty souvenirs, so anyone over the age of 21 can legally purchase our marijuana seeds.
