• Orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed (excluding holidays).
• Clones:Â
• Shipped Monday through Wednesday only, to avoid weekend delays and ensure safe arrival.
• Carefully packaged to minimize stress during transit.
• Seeds:Â
• Shipped year-round in secure, discreet packaging.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we always work with customers to find the best solution.
Refund Policy
💸 Refund Policy
• Clones:
• If a clone does not survive upon arrival, we will replace it once free of charge.
• Any subsequent replacements will be charged at 50% of the original paid price.
• Refunds are not available for live clones.
• Seeds:
• Refunds are not offered once seeds have shipped.
• Exchanges may be arranged (see below).
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
• Returns:
• Clones: No returns are accepted for live plants.
• Seeds: Returns are accepted only for unopened packs, and the customer must provide their own prepaid return shipping label.
• Exchanges:
• Seeds can be exchanged for another strain of equal or lesser value if the customer pays return shipping.
• Clones cannot be exchanged due to their perishable nature.
