There are TWO Levels of Tester Seeds to Choose From:

  • Level One – Includes a single pack of 5x Regular Seeds. 
  • Level Two – Includes TWO packs of 5x Regular Seeds (10 Seeds Total) + 3x Zoomiez BX Feminized seeds
If you complete Level one, you will receive a code which can be applied at checkout to receive an additional Level ONE Testers FREE! After completing level TWO, you will receive a Link to join an exclusive mailing list where you can receive Testers on a routine basis as long as you follow the requirements:
TESTERS MUST EMAIL PHOTOS / GROW INFORMATION FROM START TO FINISH. 
– ONE EMAIL AFTER GERMINATION.
– ONE EMAIL DURING VEGETATION.
– ONE EMAIL DURING END OF FLOWER.
-FINAL EMAIL AFTER HARVEST.

Returns / Exchanges

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges due to our high standards. Once items have left our office, we simply cannot re-sell them. Therefore, we do not offer returns for any reason. However, in certain situations, we can offer site credit or a possible refund. Refunds

While we do strive to offer 100% satisfaction we do not offer refunds for most Seed Canary Fulfilled orders, and we can not accept returns / Exchanges. Due to our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, we would not re-sell any item that had previously left our office as we cannot verify the products authenticity once it leaves our hands.
If you placed or received an order and changed your mind we will not refund or exchange it. If there is an error on your order we will try to work with you, but we send orders out very quickly and we can’t always catch them before they go out for delivery.

Order Arrived Damaged

If your Seed Canary Fulfilled order arrives damaged, please contact us right away by email informing us of your damaged order and we will be more than happy to help with your situation.

  • Clone Orders

If your Clones are Dead on Arrival, we may send replacements if proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery. Although We will replace dead / severely damaged clones, we cannot issue any refunds after your order has been placed. 

  • Cannabis Seed / Spore Syringe Orders

If your order of Cannabis Seeds OR Spore Syringes arrives damaged, we may send replacements of the items purchased/damaged if proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
